We offer First and Second class delivery options. All orders over 500 grams are sent Tracked delivery.

Postage cost is determined by weight of order. All items are sent through Royal Mail

STASH BOX

We are excited to offer our Stash Box delivery option. This is perfect for those of you who are in no rush for your order. You can purchase bows as and when you see them for as long as you like and "Stash" them here until you are ready for them to be sent. 

This is a real easy way to purchase bows when they are released and save on postage as all bows can be sent together when you are ready for them.

Step 1 - For your first order please choose "Stash Box" at check out

Step 2 - Each additional order please choose "Add To Box" at check out

​

Step 3 - When you are ready for your box to be sent choose "Close Box" at check out, or send me a message to say you are ready for me to send your box

 

 

TURN AROUND

All ready made items will be posted within 3 days. Custom orders and personalised orders can take up to 2 weeks.

If you need an order fast please message to see if this is possible.

 

EASY RETURNS

If you change your mind about your order you have 7 days to return. Items must be returned new and unused. You must cover return postage cost.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on personalised items.

​

If for any reason a item arrives damage you must notify us within 48 hours for us to be able to resend or refund the order.
